Gautam Huded serves as the general counsel of Brookfield Properties U.S. logistics business. He leads a team of experienced lawyers, paralegals, and risk management professionals in managing legal considerations and risks relating to the development and operation of Brookfield’s U.S. and Canadian logistics investments. Before joining Brookfield, Gautam worked in the Atlanta offices of Eversheds Sutherland and King & Spalding, representing sponsors and investors in complex real estate transactions, focusing on real estate development and investment structuring.

Gautam holds a bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University and a J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law, where he served as the Northwestern University Law Review editor-in-chief. After law school, he clerked for the Hon. Beverly B. Martin on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
