Jason Hicks is a Senior Vice President of Portfolio Management for the logistics business.

Prior to joining Brookfield, Jason held various corporate finance and capital markets positions including Senior Vice President at Newport US RE and Vice President of Finance at Columbia Property Trust Inc., a $5+ billion REIT focused on Class-A office investments in high-barrier U.S. markets. While at Columbia, Jason led over $2 billion of debt capital markets transactions and was instrumental in listing Columbia on the NYSE.

Jason holds a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate from Georgia State University.
