Wolf Xu is Senior Vice President of Constructions and Head of Logistics of our China logistics business. Wolf is responsible for leading the logistics business in China while overseeing the central construction team.

Wolf joined Brookfield Properties in 2016, marking the continuation of a career spanning three decades dedicated to the management and development of logistics operations. Prior to joining the organization, Wolf served roles at GLP, Prologis, Best Logistics and has developed more than 60 industrial, logistics, and retail projects totaling over 4 million square meters. These projects include the Walmart Dongguan Distribution Center, the Liebherr Machinery factory in Dalian, and the Beijing Olympics Logistics Centre.

Wenyan Holds a bachelor’s degree from the National University of Defense Technology and a master’s degree from Jiangsu University.
