Nicholas Wadham is Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Brookfield Properties in Australia. Nicholas joined Brookfield Properties in 2007 and has transitioned into various roles within the organization, across multiple markets, including residing and working out of Calgary for extended periods. Joining as an analyst, he then moved into asset management where he is currently responsible for Brookfield Properties’ national asset management team, with assets under management worth in the vicinity of $10.0 billion.
Nicholas holds a bachelor’s degree in Business (Property) from the University of Western, Sydney, and a certificate in Project Management from the University of Technology, Sydney.
