Susan oversees legal matters within our multifamily group and serves as a liaison with Brookfield Asset Management (BAM).
She brings more than 15 years of experience in law firm and corporate roles from her work at Wabash National Corporation, The J.M. Smucker Company, and McDonald Hopkins LLC law firm. In her most recent role as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel for Wabash, she led the Legal Department to support the business in all areas of law relevant to a publicly traded transportation and logistics company. She also administered the enterprise risk management program and ensured appropriate internal governance practices to support compliance with applicable laws.
Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Juris Doctor in Law from Case Western Reserve University.
