Noah Daniels is Senior Vice President, Counsel for Brookfield Properties’ development group, responsible for overseeing all legal aspects of North American commercial development activities.
Noah joined Brookfield Properties in 2018 as a member of the commercial office real estate legal team, supporting the investment, capitalization, asset management and development efforts of the Northeast office portfolio. Since joining the commercial development group in 2022, Noah has led a team of attorneys and contract specialists in managing legal considerations and risk relating to the development of office and multifamily residential assets.
Prior to joining Brookfield Properties, Noah worked as an attorney at two of the nation’s preeminent real estate law firms, representing sponsors and investors in complex real estate transactions. Noah received a B.A. from Emory University and a J.D. from NYU School of Law.
