Matt joined Brookfield Properties in 2013 and has been Senior Vice President of Operations since 2024 overseeing the in-house property management and engineering of our London Portfolio. Matt oversees the strategic operational objectives of the business by working closely with our asset management, leasing, marketing and ESG teams, ensuring our properties are providing a high degree of service to our tenants.
Matt gained extensive experience working in the commercial real estate sector for 30 years. He previously was Director of Real Estate Facilities Management at BNP Paribas Real Estate and Guardian News & Media managing their portfolio of offices.
Matt is a Certified Member of the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management.
