Mike Maxfield is the Senior Vice President of Application Portfolio Management and PMO within the corporate group of Brookfield Properties. He leads Digital Strategy and the Enterprise Project Management Office across all businesses within North America. He drives technology strategy by optimizing enterprise systems, streamlining workflows, and fostering collaboration across teams. His expertise in connecting business needs with scalable technology solutions has enhanced efficiency, automation, and data-driven decision-making across Brookfield’s real estate portfolio.
Prior to joining Brookfield Properties in 2012, Mike was a Senior Business Analyst for a global pension and benefits provider, leading key product development and implementation initiatives.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Humanities from York University and serves as Chairman of the Board for OSCRE International, advancing data standards in the real estate industry. He is also an active participant in industry advisory groups, shaping best practices in technology and innovation.
