Tysons Galleria is building upon its reputation as a high-end shopping destination.

Attracting high-end tenants and ultra-affluent customers from around the world, Tysons Galleria has long been known as Washington, D.C.’s preeminent luxury retail destination. Located in McLean, Virginia — which boasts the third-highest median household income in the U.S. — Tysons Galleria is consistently among the top sales-producing shopping centers in the country. Now, after the completion of a 200,000-plus-square-foot wing in the former Macy’s space, Tysons Galleria is bolstering its luxury brand portfolio with an array of exciting new retailers.

In April, Dior unveiled a new 5,000-plus-square-foot store at Tysons Galleria, its first retail location in Virginia. The French fashion label’s new flagship is located next door to Gucci and a few doors down from Versace. Other luxury fashion brands at Tysons Galleria include Balenciaga, Bottega Veneta, Burberry, Cartier, CELINE, CHANEL, Golden Goose, Lafayette 148, Louis Vuitton, Max Mara, Neiman Marcus, Prada, Saks Fifth Avenue, Yves Saint Laurent, and Ermenegildo Zegna. Meanwhile, California-based studio-to-street athleisure brand Alo Yoga and Italian luxury house Dolce&Gabbana are set to open soon.

This luxury fashion marketplace, one of the largest malls in the Washington metropolitan area, is increasingly gaining a reputation as a mecca for luxury jewelers as well. Italian luxury timepiece brand Panerai and Swiss watchmaker Breitling recently unveiled new stores at Tysons Galleria, joining French jewelry brands Cartier and Van Cleef & Arpels, venerable Swiss watchmakers IWC Schaffhausen and Liljenquist & Beckstead, and beloved American jewelry brand David Yurman.

A true dining destination, Tysons Galleria boasts a number of sit-down restaurants, including newcomers Jiwa Singapura — a Singaporean restaurant helmed by Michelin-starred Chef Pepe Moncayo — American sports bar concept Yard House, and Ralph’s Coffee, located outside the Ralph Lauren store with an internal doorway that allows visitors to walk back and forth between the two businesses. For a more casual experience, Tysons Galleria Food Hall offers a curated mix of D.C. favorite food concepts. And the newly designed ENTYSE Bistro — located inside The Ritz-Carlton, which is connected to the mall — is a convenient and stylish place to refuel after a long day of shopping.

Addressing growing consumer demand for luxury experience-based goods, the new wing showcases luxury dine-in movie experience CMX Cinébistro and retro-inspired bowling experience Bowlero. The spacious new wing at Tysons Galleria is also home to high-end home furnishings brands Arhaus, Crate & Barrel, CB2, and RH — a brand that is itself a pioneer in next-level brick-and-mortar experiences. Rounding out the home furnishings brands at Tysons Galleria are Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams, Sur la Table, Azzurri, BoConcept, Calligaris, and Hästens Home & Housewares.

A crown jewel in our portfolio of shopping centers and part of our Iconic Collection of luxury retail destinations across the country, Tysons Galleria offers a look into the marketplace of the future. From its newly renovated wing to its exciting new tenants, this coveted local and international shopping destination addresses both the evolving role of malls and the changing needs of today’s consumer.

“The modern mall is no longer just a place to shop,” says Tysons Galleria senior general manager Rich Dinning. “At Tysons Galleria, visitors can see a movie; go bowling; enjoy dinner; get a haircut, a manicure, a massage, or just relax in our more than 20,000 square feet of furnished community gathering space. People are busier than ever, so being able to mix in some self-care and socializing with their shopping is a big bonus.”

At Brookfield Properties, we’re reimaging retail for a whole new generation of shoppers. By repurposing its former Macy’s anchor space, Tysons Galleria has evolved into a venue that fulfills visitors’ needs in multiple ways, adding value to their lives and community.
