Dat Jerk

Dat Jerk

Angela and Richard Fray turned their dream into a thriving business with the launch of Dat Jerk in 2016 — bringing bold, healthy Caribbean flavors to Maryland. Since graduating from the first Partner to Empower cohort, they’ve grown their local chain, mentored fellow entrepreneurs, and celebrated a new location at The Mall in Columbia. Now, they’re setting their sights on franchising to share their culture and cuisine even further.
