Steven is Senior Vice President of Operations for Brookfield Properties in the UK, where he is responsible for the engineering, technical and property management elements of the London office portfolio and he has over twenty years of real estate experience.Prior to joining Brookfield Properties in February 2013, Steven served as Assistant Director, Asset Management for Hammerson plc for over 10 years where he for was responsible for their £1.7bn portfolio and assumed responsibility for the transition phases and management set-up of all new developments.Before joining Hammerson, Steven was an Associate Director with CBRE for seven years. He is also Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers.
