Yiwen Yang is President of Brookfield Properties in East Asia. In this role, Yiwen is responsible for the strategic management of the portfolio, including acquisitions and dispositions.
Yiwen joined Brookfield in 2016 and has since played a pivotal role in driving transformative transactions and successfully executing many repositioning efforts. Prior to joining the organization, Yiwen held various roles with CapitaLand, Tesco Property and AMP Capital where she gained experience in research, investment analysis, leasing, operations, and asset management.
Yiwen holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of New South Wales, Sydney. Her influence extends beyond the corporate sphere as she actively participates in the Property Council of East Asia and is a highly regarded member of the ULI Asia Pacific Product Council.
