Nicole Ivers

Nicole Ivers is Vice President Global Head of Environmental Health and Safety where she manages the Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) program, security and environment, and sustainability initiatives for both the development and operation of Brookfield Properties’ logistics investments globally.

Before joining Brookfield Properties, Nicole led HSE for a large general contractor and oversaw construction internationally. Specific projects include overseeing the 2022 FIFA World Cup stadium construction in Doha, Qatar.

Nicole holds a bachelor’s degree from Central Michigan University and master’s degree from Wayne State University in Occupational and Environmental Health Sciences. She is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), and Chartered Member of IOSH (CMIOSH). She is a Human and Organizational Performance (HOP) professional, teaches part-time at Georgia Tech University in Atlanta, Georgia, and is the current President of the Georgia Safety Conference.
