Paras is Vice President, Legal in Brookfield Properties and oversees the UK business’ legal and compliance function as well as legal deal execution for the central London office and the UK regional retail parks portfolios. He routinely leads the legal transaction management and deal structuring for the business’ real estate acquisitions, dispositions and leasing transactions, and has been instrumental in concluding several notable pre-leasing transactions for the business.
He joined Brookfield Properties in 2019 and brings over a decade of experience from “magic circle” and “silver circle” private practice in high-value commercial real estate and construction projects, having previously acted for a number of the UK’s significant real estate investors, REITs, asset managers and pension funds.
Paras holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biochemistry from Imperial College, London, and a postgraduate diploma in Law.
