Will Green is Senior Vice President of Development at Brookfield Properties in Australia. He is responsible for the strategic direction of developments in Victoria and New South Wales.
Will joined Brookfield Properties in 2016 where he has led the successful delivery of the Classic East residential development and the commercial development of 405 Bourke Street. He is now responsible for the delivery of the logistics development pipeline in Australia.
Prior to joining Brookfield Properties, he was a Development Manager at Charter Hall Group where he was responsible for the delivery of a number of key strategic residential, commercial and retail developments including the Aquilo Development, 570 Bourke Street and Lansell Square Shopping Centre.
He has over 20 years of real estate experience in Australia and the UK, working across development management and lead project management roles.
Will holds a bachelor’s degree in Science (BSC) from Durham University, an MBA in Real Estate Management from Oxford Brookes University, and is also a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). He currently sits on the Divisional Council for the Property Council for Australia
