Ben is the Investment Director responsible for investments and leasing of all office properties in Brookfield Properties in the Middle East.Ben joined Brookfield Properties in 2012, as the first Brookfield employee in the ICD Brookfield Joint Venture and has been involved in the full development life cycle of ICD Brookfield Place from pre-development planning, site acquisition, curation of development mix and is now responsible for securing the project’s varying income streams.Ben has a background in valuation, tenant representation and development management and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Property Economics) from the University of Western Sydney, Australia.
