Ricky is Chief Financial Officer responsible for financial affairs across Brookfield Properties’ core office portfolio located across North America.
Ricky joined Brookfield’s Toronto office in 2007 and has held senior financial roles in various real estate markets around the world. Prior to moving to New York, he was based in Shanghai as Executive Director of China Xintiandi responsible for finance and portfolio management. Prior to that, he was Chief Financial Officer of Brookfield Australia overseeing finance across commercial property, construction, residential, services and fund investments. Ricky has over 20 years of experience working in real estate, transaction advisory and public accounting.He is a Chartered Accountant, CFA charterholder and holds a Masters of Accounting and Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Waterloo.
