Ruhi is a Senior Vice President and General Counsel, heading the legal function of our India business.
In this role, she is responsible for providing strategic legal advice in relation to corporate structuring, acquisitions, fundraising and all other legal and compliance activities for Brookfield India Real Estate Trust and the private assets owned by Brookfield Properties in India.
Prior to joining Brookfield Properties, Ruhi worked as legal counsel for the investment team at Brookfield, India and at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, a leading law firm in India.
Ruhi holds a Bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Delhi, India and a Bachelor in Civil Law from the University of Oxford, England.
