James is head of operational asset management of the 5m sq ft Central London Office Portfolio, including 100 Bishopsgate, Citypoint, 30 Fenchurch and Principal Place.
He joined the Brookfield Properties asset management team in 2018. Previously James held positions at St Martins and Deloitte Real Estate.
James is a member of the RICS and holds a master’s degree in Property Valuation and Law from Bayes Business School.
