Patrick Rhodes is a Senior Vice President of Development and is responsible for leading Brookfield’s western United States mixed-use development business. Over the past 15 years, he has successfully managed more than $3 billion in development projects from inception through execution.
Prior to joining Brookfield, Patrick worked for a vertically integrated owner and operator of real assets based in Los Angeles.
Patrick earned a BS in Engineering from Virginia Tech, an MS in Real Estate Development from Johns Hopkins University, and an MBA in Finance from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
