Kevin McCrain is CEO of our U.S. retail business at Brookfield Properties. He is also a Managing Partner in Brookfield’s Real Estate Group, responsible for the retail and entertainment business globally.

Kevin joined the Brookfield organization in 2010 and has performed a number of key roles for the global business, operating out of both the New York and London offices. Prior to assuming his current position, he was named the global Portfolio Manager responsible for the retail and entertainment business. During his career with Brookfield, he has been involved in several significant acquisitions and dispositions, including Center Parcs, Gazeley, IDI, Student Roost, and Seoul IFC. He has also served on the board of several Brookfield portfolio companies, including Center Parcs, IFC Seoul, Student Roost, and JCPenney.

Kevin holds a Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center and a bachelor’s degree from Sacred Heart University.
