Alex Antolino is Senior Vice President, Development at Brookfield Properties and is responsible for mixed-use development opportunities in Chicago and other Midwest markets. He recently completed the 635,000 square foot conversion of the historic Marshall Field’s department store into premier office space in downtown Chicago.
Prior to joining Brookfield Properties, Alex spent eight years at DDR Corp. (now SITE Centers), a publicly traded REIT that owned, developed, and managed retail and mixed-use shopping centers throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. During his career, Alex has overseen over $800M of retail and mixed-use development projects.
Alex is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Madison with a double major in Real Estate and Finance. Alex is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association (WREAA), where he served on the Board of Directors from 2014-2016.
