Jason Bonnet is Senior Vice President, Development at Brookfield Properties, responsible for overseeing the development pipeline and team for the East Coast markets.
Previously, Jason led the $1B+ mixed-use 5M project and vertical residential development within the new $3B+ Pier 70 waterfront district in San Francisco. Prior to this, Jason led the Phase I development of The Yards in Washington DC – approx. 1,000 multifamily units, 150,000 SF retail, and hotel & condominium parcels.
Jason obtained a Masters in Real Estate Development at the University of Southern California, and his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In addition, Jason is an alumnus of Harvard Business School.
