Karl is the Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of Brookfield Properties in Europe.
Prior to joining Brookfield Properties, he was Managing Director and Head of Asset Management of Hines Germany. While at Hines, he served on the firm’s Operations and Management Committee in Houston, Texas. Over his career he contributed to the acquisition of approx. 850,000 m² of quality real estate. Prior experience also includes real estate banking in Munich and Dublin.
Karl holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Edward’s University, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin.
