Simon is the Senior Vice President of Operations in Australia at Brookfield Properties. He is responsible for the service delivery and departmental profitability of the national operations team, as well as the overall satisfaction of our clients. He oversees all aspects of Property and Facilities Management, in particular the coordination of the physical, financial and estate management of the assets owned by Brookfield, its investors and co-owners.
Prior to joining Brookfield Properties, Simon held directorship roles in Property Management for Colliers International, JLL and CBRE from 1998 to 2008.
Simon is a member of Brookfield Properties’ Senior Leadership and the Business Continuity Plan steering committee. He holds a bachelor’s degree in applied Science (Land Economics) from the University of Technology, Sydney (1990-1994) and has held board positions at Property Council of Australia, Urban Land Institute and Property Industry Foundation.
