Tom is Senior Vice President of our United Kingdom business. Having joined Brookfield Properties in 2021, he is responsible for leading all elements of asset management, leasing and operations for its directly managed retail portfolio.

Prior to joining Brookfield Properties, Tom spent 13 years at Hammerson PLC working on its outlets portfolio and latterly heading its retail parks team. In this role, alongside other matters, Tom led the planning, leasing and development delivery of many new retail parks or major extensions to existing schemes across the U.K. in addition to developing the first-ever carbon-neutral ‘BREEAM Outstanding’ retail park.

Tom received a master’s degree from Reading University in Real Estate and a bachelor’s degree from Bristol University in Economic History. Tom is a member of the RICS and Accessible Retail.
