Rachael Ha is Senior Vice President of Corporate Operations for our China business. In this role she oversees human resources and administration, legal, compliance, corporate communications, technology and innovation, and procurement functions.

With a career spanning 19 years in real estate investment, asset management, fund operations and financial services, Rachael joined Brookfield Properties in September 2021 with a wealth of experience and expertise. She demonstrates outstanding strategic leadership skills, primarily focused on enhancing operational excellence and ensuring smooth cross-departmental operations. Rachel cultivates a culture of collaboration and innovation. Prior to her tenure at Brookfield, she served as Chief Operating Officer at an asset management company from 2016. In this vital role, she played an essential part in establishing the headquarters and business operations in Shanghai, while also ensuring seamless transitions for new acquisitions and managing assets.

Rachael holds a Bachelor of Accounting, from the University of Adelaide and obtained her CPA qualification in 2008 and further achieved CPA fellowship status in 2021.
