Garima Mishra is Senior Vice President and Head of Human Resources of our India and Middle East business, driving the development and implementation of people strategies across the two regions. With a focus on nurturing a high-performance culture and attracting top talent, she leads the execution of HR strategies and practices for organizational success.

With over 20 years of experience, she’s a proven leader with a successful track record in crafting and implementing transformative HR strategies for established organizations and startups. Garima’s expertise spans across talent acquisition, career development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and organizational design.

In her earlier assignments, Garima played pivotal roles at ICICI Bank, HSBC, and DBS, where her strategic vision facilitated HR success. Notably, during DBS’s merger with Laxmi Vilas Bank, she ensured seamless cultural integration, and at HSBC, she designed a regulatory-compliant compensation structure for Material Risk Takers, driving organizational agility.

Garima holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Statistics and an MBA in HR from K J Somaiya Institute of Management Studies & Research, further equipping her for strategic HR leadership.
