Ralph Toussie is Senior Vice President, Corporate Counsel of our U.S. office operating group. In this role, Ralph is responsible for all legal aspects of the company’s governance, compliance and regulatory matters.
Ralph joined Brookfield in 2007 as Vice President in the company’s legal department where he was responsible for financings, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, development projects and other major strategic initiatives across the U.S. office portfolio.
Prior to joining Brookfield, Ralph was an attorney at the law firm Paul Hastings LLP.
Ralph earned a Juris Doctor degree from New York University School of Law in 1996 and a Bachelor of Science degree (magna cum laude) from New York University Stern School of Business in 1993.
