Sanjay Yadav is Senior Vice President, Legal and Compliance of our India business. In this role, Sanjay heads all legal aspects of the business, including commercial leasing documentation and compliances. Additionally, he heads the ABC/COC risk management to carry business ethically, and CSR functions to enhance community impact on education, health care and sustainability.
Sanjay has over 25 years of multifaceted experience in leadership roles.Prior to joining Brookfield Properties, Sanjay served in leadership positions to help large, global and multinational companies including SNC-Lavalin Group of Canada, Panchsheel Realty and The Chatterjee Group.
Sanjay holds a bachelor’s degree in History (Hons.) from Hindu College, University of Delhi and a bachelor’s degree in law, from the University of Delhi.
