Baljit is Executive Vice President, Operations in India, leading property management and all aspects of operations, maintenance, health, safety and sustainability across the portfolio.
Baljit has over three decades of experience in managing operations of large commercial, residential, and institutional portfolios as well as shipping fleets.
Before joining Brookfield Properties, Baljit managed the integrated townships portfolio of a leading real estate company. He was responsible for the rollout of infrastructure services to support operations for ~1500 acres of townships and farmhouses.
Baljit holds a master’s degree in business administration and completed his Executive Development Program in Strategic Management from IIM Kashipur. He is also an IGBC Sr. Fellow (Indian Green Building Council), a member of the Indian Institution of Plant Engineers, a member of the National Safety Council and a professional member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
