Parque da Cidade

Parque da Cidade brings a new concept in services and leisure. It was designed as a mixed-use complex combining restaurants, a shopping center, a 5-star hotel, a theater, an auditorium, a clinic, open plazas and a cycling lane, integrated with a modern linear park landscaped designed by the renowned Aflalo/Gasperini’s architecture office. The complex has direct access to major roads, such as Avenida das Nações Unidas, Avenida Jornalista Roberto Marinho, Ponte Estaiada, and Avenida Roque Petroni Júnior, in addition to being 10 minutes away from Congonhas Airport. The bike lane has a direct exit to the Marginal Pinheiros bike lane. The region is well served by public transportation, especially through the Morumbi and Berrini train stations of CPTM's emerald line, the Ouro-Morumbi station of the Monotrilho (under construction), and has a wide network of bike paths along the entire Marginal Pinheiros avenue, passing through Parque do Povo.
